Hair Styling Preparations
Please wash your hair the night prior to the appointment by shampooing thoroughly twice and paying a lot of attention to your root area, then apply a small amount of conditioner mid-lengths to ends and rinsing very well. Please blow dry your hair thoroughly and smooth this helps with longevity and time on the day. Appointment & timing does not include blow waving prep, hair must be dried smooth or straightened if needed, and tangle free to prevent delay on the day. You may straighten your hair if when you dry your hair, you haven’t achieved a straight result from your blow dry. Curly hair must be straightened unless wanting to wear naturally curly. If one of the services is a blow-dry you can wash your hair the morning of the wedding. Shannon will also advise once everyone has confirmed what their having done.
Please do not apply any treatments, oils or styling products. For best results use salon quality shampoo and conditioner. Please give ample notice for any allergies or special requests so Shannon can try to accommodate.
If the client and/or their booking group has any questions specific to their needs, please let Shannon know and she will be more than happy to help. Shannon will require an adequate area to set up her station to deliver the service you expect. Where the area isn’t adequate, delays may be unavoidable. Shannon requires access to a safe working powerpoint, a dining/low chair for hairstyling and table (if able) for her equipment.
Payments:
The client scheduling the booking will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding party/group do not pay their portion.
